All our handmade jewellery comes with a one month warranty from the date of purchase.

For faults covered under the warranty, please contact us. Repairs will take approximately 14 working days and are subject to stock availability.

If over time your jewellery has stretched, it may be necessary to re-string your item. We can of course do this for a small charge of £5 plus postage and packaging.
